Our History
In 2015, visionary entrepreneurs Frank J. Codina and Michael 'Hutch' Hutchison founded inCruises with a mission to elevate global travel through an invitation-only Membership model. Since then, inCruises has helped hundreds of thousands experience more of the world for less.

Our primary charity of choice is Mercy Ships, a non-profit organization that brings free, life-changing healthcare to people in need.

Michael “Hutch” Hutchison
Hutch is passionate about enriching lives through travel and fostering connections that transcend borders. Guided by his vision of being an Ambassador for good, Hutch strives to unite people through shared experiences and a common love for exploration. His belief in the power of travel to bring families closer and bridge cultural divides inspires him to empower others to live more prosperous, more connected lives.
Hutch is helping build the fastest-growing subscription-based travel club, making world-class vacations more accessible to families and travelers worldwide. Under his leadership, inCruises has become a platform for creating meaningful bonds and opportunities that improve lives globally.

Education & Experience:
- Graduated from Georgetown University, where he played varsity football and lacrosse.
- Held leadership roles at Ross Perot’s EDS, Tony Robbins Companies, and Dun & Bradstreet.
Anthony Varvaro
- Graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada
- Began career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, advancing to the rank of Manager in international audits
- Went on to work at BDO and Richter and Associates working on complex corporate transactions
- Transitioned to entrepreneurship in the field of merchant acquiring and global cross-border payment solutions
- Joined inGroup in 2019 as Payment Director and quickly rose to his current role as CFO and then COO
- Mr. Varvaro and his family live in Montreal, Canada

Mr. Ortiz holds a bachelor’s degree from the UPR and a graduate degree from the University of the Sacred Heart Puerto Rico and has over 30 years experience in executive finance roles. He lives in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.
